If you are in the word (studying the bible), then it should not be hard to receive words of wisdom without being offended.

On February 2,2011, at our bible study, we completed the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University program.  The last lesson was on  “Unleashing the Power of Generous Giving”.  This was a powerful lesson.  He shared as to why we should give and it’s important.  Think about this:  “You can’t shake hands with a clenched fist”.  This was by Antoine Riverali.  Many of us want to hold on to our money but the sad truth is that the world has a way of eating it up and forcing you to open you hand up.  The world wants to consume us and we must learn to open our heart (hand) and give according to God’s word.  This was a great message and I want to thank Dave Ramsey.

The Dave Ramsey for Financial Peace University program that is held every Wednesday night at 601 main street in Templeton, Ca, at 6:30 pm.,  is going very well.  Our class is excited about the change that it is creating in their lives and the hope and belief that one day they can be debt free.  On December 22, 2010, we had a guest speaker (John) who shared his victory’s by being involved in the program.  He was greatly received by our group.   I would like to not only share our travels with our readers but encourage and salute those of you who are participating in the program.  Keep up the good work.  If you to are looking for a way to reduce your debts and become debt free, give us a call.  See our contact page on the website.
