The Holy Spirit is not an “it”.  The Holy Spirit Speaks, teaches, has a will; a mind, and emotions.  The Holy Spirit has a personality.

Whenever the pronoun is used in the New Testament to refer to the Holy Spirit, the word “he,” not “it,” is used.
